Series 472 RF all-metal gate valve

Used as sector valve in storage rings of synchrotrons and particle accelerators. The special RF aperture minimizes the RF resistance in the open valve position and provides electrical contact between the flanges. Sectors of storage rings can be leaktightly isolated. RF all-metal gate valves with patented VATRING sealing system and RF aperture. Used as sector valves in storage rings of synchrotrons and particle accelerators. Customer-specified RF apertures with low RF resistance and electrical contact between the flanges in the open valve position. Available with extended or compact double acting pneumatic actuator. Bakeable to 300°C in the open and closed position. Self-locking in the open and closed position. Radiation resistant.
